为进一步探究人才公寓装修项目管理的工作要点,为今后的类似工作提供更多经验参考,以上海建工集团人才公寓装修项目为研究对象,对其管理工作展开分析。结合具体情况,对管理工作中的问题进行了剖析,而后根据现存问题,从设计、施工管理两个方面着手,对该公寓装修项目的管理工作优化策略进行了探讨,为项目建设工作总结了一定的经验。

In order to further explore the key points of talent apartment decoration project management and provide more experience for similar work in the future,this paper takes the talent apartment decoration project of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group as the research object,and analyzes its management.Through combining with the concrete conditions,the paper analyzes the problems in the management,and explores the optimization strategies for the management of the apartment decoration project from the design and construction management,so as to sum up some experience for the project construction.
