摘要
针对复杂战争环境、地形地貌屏障、医疗资源不足等局限,探索使用无人机(unmanned aerial vehicles,UAVs)实现伤员后送,提升战场卫勤保障能力。通过调研分析无人机具有滞空时间长、接受度更高、自主起飞等优势,重点讨论无人机伤员后送的原则、流程和应用场景。提出自主伤员搬运技术、生命征监测技术、远程医学技术、伤员环境耐受能力研究、伤员后送过程中的护理需求等无人机伤员后送能力建设所需的关键技术。无人机伤员后送的应用实现,可以大大提高伤员后送工作的灵活性、快速性和高效性,具有广阔应用前景。
Aiming at the limitation of complex war environments,terrain barriers and insufficient medical resources,to explore the use of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)to achieve casualty evacuation,and enhance the battlefield medical service security guarantee capability.By researching and analyzing the advantages of UAVs for casualty evacuation,such as longer stagnation time,higher acceptance,and autonomous takeoff,this paper focuses on the principles,processes,and application scenarios of UAVs for casualty evacuation,and proposes the key technologies including autonomous casualty transportation technology,vital sign monitoring technology,telemedicine technology,research on casualty environmental tolerance capacity,and nursing needs during casualty evacuation.The application of UAVs for casualty evacuation can greatly improve the flexibility,speed and efficiency of casualty evacuation,which has broad application prospects.
