摘要 急危重症目前仍是全球面临的一个重大问题,病情凶险,预后极差。C反应蛋白与白蛋白比值(C-reactive protein to albumin ratio,CAR)近年来被发现在急危重症领域有突出价值。本文就近十年CAR在急危重症领域的相关文献以病理生理学机制为切入点,在阐述既往研究的基础上,梳理CAR在急危重症领域最新研究成果,着重对脓毒症、新型冠状病毒感染等常见急危重症患者的预后进行对比阐述,明确优势与不足,以期为临床工作者对急危重症患者的监测提供新的临床思路及理论依据。 Critical illness is still a major problem facing the world,with a dangerous condition and poor prognosis.C-reactive protein to albumin ratio(CAR)has been found to have outstanding value in the field of critical illness in recent years.In this paper,the relevant literatures of CAR in the field of acute and critical diseases in the past decade is based on the pathophysiological mechanism.On the basis of previous studies,the latest research results of CAR in the field of acute and critical diseases are sorted out,focusing on the prognosis of common acute and critical patients such as sepsis and COVID-19.The advantages and disadvantages are clarified in order to provide new clinical ideas and theoretical basis for clinical workers to monitor acute and critical patients.
