摘要
新能源汽车增程器一般为增程专用高效发动机,发动机压缩比较高,燃烧速度较快。文章分析了发动机燃烧性能对噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能的影响,最大燃烧峰值压力和较陡的压力升高率会引起振动和噪声的增加。最大燃烧峰值压力接近6 bar,声压最高达到0.16 Pa,振动加速度最高在3 m/s^(2)左右。最大燃烧峰值压力为4 bar左右,声压最大值为0.06 Pa,降低62.5%,振动加速度基本在1.5 m/s^(2)以内,降低50%。
The range extender of new energy vehicles is generally a special and efficient engine.The engine has high compression ratio and fast combustion speed.In this paper,the influence of engine combustion performance on noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)is analyzed.The maximum combustion peak pressure and steep pressure rise rate will cause the increase of vibration and noise.The maximum combustion peak pressure is close to 6 bar,the maximum sound pressure is 0.16 Pa,and the maximum vibration acceleration is about 3 m/s^(2).The maximum combustion peak pressure is about 4 bar,the maximum sound pressure is 0.06 Pa,which is reduced by 62.5%,and the vibration acceleration is 1.5 m/s^(2),which is reduced by 50%.
