摘要
随着汽车向着智能化、网联化的方向快速发展,嵌入式软件占据了越来越重要的地位,智能化零件的软件、硬件复杂程度也呈几何倍数增长,其可靠性、稳定性对整车质量的影响越来越大。为了在出现新的机遇和挑战前,持续提升质量管理水平,不断为消费者提供更高价值的汽车产品和服务,北京汽车质量部通过借鉴行业内成熟的管理方法和众多软、硬件专家的经验积累,探索制定了带嵌入式软件的零部件开发质量管理方法,通过线路原理图、PCB layout、结构等评审建立硬件评审标准,建立软件质量先期策划(ASQP)和软件生产批准程序(SPAP)软件开发过程的质量管理规范,并在新项目上应用实施,为后续软件管理提升提供了有益借鉴。
With the rapid development of automobiles in the direction of intelligence and networking,embedded software occupies an increasingly important position,and the software and hardware complexity of intelligent parts have also increased geometrically,and their reliability and stability have an increasing impact on the quality of the whole vehicle.In order to continuously improve the level of quality management before new opportunities and challenges,and continuously provide consumers with higher value automotive products and services,the Beijing automotive quality department has explored and formulated the quality management method for parts development with embedded software by drawing on the mature management methods in the industry and the experience accumulation of many software and hardware experts,and established hardware review standards through circuit schematics,PCB layout,structure and other reviews.Establish the quality management specifications of the software advanced software quality planning(ASQP)and software produc approved process(SPAP)software development process,and apply them to implement them on new projects,which provides a useful reference for the subsequent improvement of software management.
