鼻内镜手术在鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗中的临床效果分析

Analysis of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的将鼻内镜手术在鼻窦炎鼻息肉应用进行观察,并分析治疗效果。方法收集2019年1月—2021年12月期间我院入住且符合本研究纳入标准的82例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者资料,以病案号单双号将患者进行分组,单数设为对照组(41例)、双数设为观察组(41例),对照组使用常规根治术,观察组使用鼻内镜中鼻甲成形术,对比两组鼻腔功能、鼻通气功能以及并发症发生率。结果对鼻腔功能进行评估,两组术前指标无差异P>0.05;两组术后指标观察组嗅觉功能评分低于对照组,纤毛清除率、纤毛清除速度高于对照组,P<0.05。对鼻通气功能进行评估,两组术前指标无差异P>0.05;两组术后指标观察组鼻气道阻力、鼻腔容积、鼻腔最小横截面积均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。对并发症发生率进行评估,术后观察组为4.88%低于对照组19.51%,P<0.05。结论鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗中使用鼻内镜手术可降低对鼻腔的损伤,更好的恢复鼻腔功能和鼻通气能力,术后并发症少,恢复时间短,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective Nasal endoscopic surgery was observed in sinusitis and nasal polyps,and the treatment effect was analyzed.Methods Collected during January 2019-December 2021 in 82 cases of sinusitis nasal polyps and meet the criteria of data,grouping patients,singular as control group(41 cases),double group(41 cases),control group using conventional radical treatment,observation group using rhinoplasty in nasal endoscopy,comparing two groups of nasal function,nasal ventilation function and complication rate.Results The nasal function was assessed with no difference between the two groups:P>0.05;the olfactory function score was lower than the control group,and the cilia clearance rate was higher than the control group,P<0.05.For nasal ventilation function,there was no difference between the two preoperative indexes P>0.05;the nasal airway resistance,nasal volume and nasal minimum crosssectional area were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate was assessed,and 4.88%in the postoperative observation group was lower than that in the control group.At 19.51%,P<0.05.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery reduces nasal damage in the treatment of nasal polyps,better restores nasal function and nasal ventilation ability,few postoperative complications and short recovery time,and has high clinical promotion value.
