观察低温等离子扁桃体消融切除术及鼻镜腺样体消融术联合治疗小儿鼾症效果

To observe the effect of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy combined with nasal adenoid ablation in the treatment of snoring in children

目的研讨低温等离子扁桃体消融切除术、鼻镜腺样体消融术联合治疗小儿鼾症的价值。方法择取本院于2018年2月—2020年2月,接收的鼾症患儿总计80例,采用随机数字表法的形式,均分为研究组和对照组,一组40例。对照组行低温等离子扁桃体消融切除术,研究组在对照组基础上,联合应用鼻镜腺样体消融术。统计两组手术用时、手术中出血情况、术后疼痛和症状改善情况,并记录两组治疗疗效、应激指标和通气功能。结果研究组治疗有效率95.00%>对照组80.00%(P<0.05);研究组手术改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组MDA、3-NT水平低于对照组,SOD、GSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术前两组通气功能状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,研究组上述水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿鼾症应用低温等离子扁桃体消融切除术联合鼻镜腺样体消融术治疗,可调节通气功能,且创伤小,疼痛轻。

Objective To study the value of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy in the treatment of snoring in children.Methods A total of 80 children with snoring received in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in one group.Low temperature plasma tonsillectomy was performed in the control group,and nasal adenoid ablation was combined in the study group on the basis of the control group.The operation time,bleeding during operation,postoperative pain and symptom improvement of the two groups were counted,and the therapeutic efficacy,stress indexes and ventilation function of the two groups were recorded.Results The effective rate was 95.00%in the study group and 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement of operation in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of MDA and 3-NT in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of SOD and GSH were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in ventilation function between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);After operation,the above levels in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy combined with nasal adenoid ablation in the treatment of snoring in children can adjust the ventilation function,with less trauma and less pain.
