探讨CT应用在真菌性鼻窦炎诊断中的准确性及价值

To explore the accuracy and value of CT application in the diagnosis of fungal sinusitis

目的对CT应用在真菌性鼻窦炎诊断中的准确性及价值展开系统分析。方法利用EXCEL表统计遴选2018年8月~2022年2月期间本院收治的60例真菌性鼻窦炎患者作为研究目标,分别对患者行CT技术检查与X线机检查,对比两种方法的诊断符合率、敏感度、特异度、不同疾病类型检出率。结果CT技术检查与X线机检查相比诊断符合率较高,P<0.05;CT技术检查与X线机检查相比敏感度、特异度均较高,P<0.05;CT技术检查与X线机检查相比单侧上颌窦、单侧上颌窦筛窦、单侧筛窦及单侧蝶窦检出率较高,P<0.05。结论真菌性鼻窦炎患者以CT技术检查具有较高的诊断率,其检测敏感度、特异度与不同疾病类型检出率较高,与X线机检查相比,具有显著的优势,因此,建议临床研究、借鉴。

Objective To systematically analyze the accuracy and value of CT application in the diagnosis offungal sinusitis.Methods The EXCEL table was used to select 60 patients with fungal sinusitis who were treatedin our hospital from August 2018 to February 2022 as the research target.Diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity,and detection rate of different disease types.Results Compared with X-ray examination,CTexamination had a higher diagnostic coincidence rate,P<0.05;CT examination had higher sensitivity and specificitythan X-ray examination,P<0.05;Compared with unilateral maxillary sinus,unilateral maxillary sinus ethmoidsinus,unilateral ethmoid sinus and unilateral sphenoid sinus,the detection rate of line machine examination washigher,P<0.05.Conclusion CT examination in patients with fungal sinusitis has a higher diagnostic rate,andits detection sensitivity,specificity and detection rate of different disease types are higher.Compared with X-rayexamination,it has significant advantages.Therefore,Clinical research and reference are recommended.
