CT与MRI在鼻咽癌诊断治疗中的应用分析

Application analysis of CT and MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的分析在鼻咽癌诊断治疗中CT、MRI的诊断效果,进而此类患者的诊疗提供指导。方法以本院收治的23例患者为探究对象,全部患者均通过病理检查确诊为鼻咽癌,其临床资料完整保存,控制研究日期是2019年1月-2022年1月,全部患者均实施MRI、CT检查,对于鼻咽部、颅底部扫描情况进行分析,同时比较两种诊断方式的漏诊率、误诊率。结果MRI对于鼻咽部的诊断准确性为95.65%,CT为73.91%,MRI检查对于鼻咽部的诊断准确性明显较CT诊断高,P<0.05;MRI检查对于颅底部的诊断准确性为86.96%,CT为60.87%,MRI对于颅底部的诊断准确性显著较CT高,P<0.05;MRI检查漏诊率为4.35%,误诊率为0.00%,CT检查漏诊率为17.39%,误诊率为8.70%,MRI检查漏诊率、误诊率均显著较CT检查低,P>0.05。结论在鼻咽癌的诊断中,MRI、CT均具有较为理想的诊断效果,MRI诊断效果显著优于CT诊断,可有效明确鼻咽癌对于鼻咽部、颅底部的侵犯程度,有利于降低漏诊、误诊风险,可为临床诊疗提供有力的参考依据,应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic effects of CT and MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of such patients.Methods Twenty-three patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by pathological examination,and their clinical data were completely preserved.The control study period was from January 2019 to January 2022.MRI and CT examinations were used to analyze the scans of the nasopharynx and the base of the skull,and to compare the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates of the two diagnostic methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for the nasopharynx was 95.65%,and that of CT was 73.91%.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for the nasopharynx was significantly higher than that of CT,P<0.05;the diagnostic accuracy of MRI for the base of the skull was 86.96%,CT was 60.87%,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI for the skull base was significantly higher than that of CT,P<0.05;8.70%,the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of MRI examination were significantly lower than those of CT examination,P>0.05.Conclusion In the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,both MRI and CT have ideal diagnostic effects,and the diagnostic effect of MRI is significantly better than that of CT.The risk of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis can provide a strong reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and its application value is significant.
