下鼻甲消融术后部分下鼻甲骨坏死一例及经验教训

Part of inferior turbinate osteonecrosis after inferior turbinate ablation:a case report and its experience

慢性肥厚性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的多发病和常见病[1],低温等离子射频消融手术是目前治疗鼻甲肥大的微创手术方式,因为它的并发症发生率低,疗效长期[2],在各级医院治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎得到广泛的开展[3],低温等离子术后常见并发症有出血、粘连,下鼻甲骨髓炎,而术后并发症出现下鼻甲骨部分坏死的病例较为罕见。我科术后复诊出现1例,报道如下,并进一步探讨和总结避免发生的经验教训。

Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is otolaryngology head and neck surgery of common disease,frequentlyoccurring disease and the low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation surgery is the way of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of middle turbinate hypertrophy,because of its low incidence of complications,curative effect,for a long time in hospitals at all levels in patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis widely developed,and the low temperature plasma common complications are bleeding,postoperative adhesion,Inferior turbinate osteomyelitis with partial necrosis of inferior turbinate bone as postoperative complication is rare.One case was reported in our department after surgery,and the experience and lessons to avoid the occurrence were further discussed and summarized.
