鼻内镜手术的手术室护理配合要点分析

Analysis of key points of nursing cooperation in operating room for nasal endoscopic surgery

目的分析鼻内镜手术的手术室护理配合要点。方法选用2020年3月-2021年10月院内需做鼻内镜手术的患者62例,根据随机数字表法分两组,参照组31例用常规护理,观察组31例用优质护理。比较两组护理情况。结果观察组的平均手术时间、术中平均出血量、平均住院时间、术中动脉血氧饱和度均优于比参照组,比值分别为(t=2.731、P=0.008)、(t=4.100、P=0.000)、(t=7.946、P=0.000)、(t=7.460、P=0.000);观察组(6.45%)不良情况发生率低于参照组(25.81%),有差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理提高手术室护理效果,使鼻内镜手术高质量完成,可推广。

Objective To analyze the key points of nursing cooperation in operating room for endoscopic nasal surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients who needed nasal endoscopic surgery in the hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,31 cases in the reference group received routine nursing,and 31 patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing.The nursing conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The average operation time,average intraoperative blood loss,average hospital stay and intraoperative arterial oxygen saturation of the observation group were better than those of the reference group,the ratios were(t=2.731,P=0.008),(t=4.100,P=0.000),(t=7.946,P=0.000),(t=7.460,P=0.000);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group(6.45%)was lower than that in the reference group(25.81%),with a difference(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the nursing effect in the operating room and enable high-quality completion of nasal endoscopic surgery,which can be promoted.
