计算机化认知行为干预结合阶段式康复护理对喉癌患者心理状态、睡眠质量与康复效果的影响

Effects of computerized cognitive behavior intervention combined with staged rehabilitation nursing on mental state,sleep quality and rehabilitation effect of patients with laryngeal cancer

目的分析喉癌患者用计算机化认知行为结合阶段式康复护理,对睡眠质量、心理状态、康复效果影响。方法以88例喉癌患者分2组。对照组给予阶段式康复护理,观察组行计算机化认知行为+阶段式康复护理。对比睡眠质量、心理状态、自护能力等情况。结果两组相比,观察组生活质量、患者满意率均高(P<0.05),睡眠质量、心理状态评分均低(P<0.05)。结论计算机化认知行为+阶段式康复护理干预,能够提升生活质量,消除不良心态,改善睡眠及预后,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of computerized cognitive-behavioral rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality,psychological state and rehabilitation effect in patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods 88 patients with laryngeal cancer were divided into two groups.The control group received stage rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received computerized cognitive behavior+stage rehabilitation nursing.Compare sleep quality,mental state,selfcare ability and so on.Results Compared with the two groups,the observation group had higher quality of life,patient satisfaction rate and self-care ability(P<0.05),while the sleep quality and psychological status score were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Computerized cognitive behavior+stage rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve self-care ability,quality of life,eliminate bad mentality,improve sleep and prognosis,worthy of promotion.
