慢性化脓性中耳炎规范的围手术期护理对手术成功率的影响

Influence of standardized perioperative nursing on the success rate of operation in chronic suppurative otitis media

目的探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎规范的围术期护理对手术成功率的影响。方法选取2020年2月-2022年2月90例在我院接受治疗的慢性化脓性中耳炎的患者,病床单双号分组,观察组45例接受围手术期护理,对照组45例接受常规护理,比较分析两组手术成功率、并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组手术成功率93.3%高于对照组73.3%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.9%低于对照组20.0%(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者病情来说起到了良好的促进作用,在一定程度上提高了手术成功率,且减少术后并发症产生,是一项值得积极推广的应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized perioperative nursing on chronic suppurative otitis media on the success rate of surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients who received chronic suppurative otitis media in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and grouped with double bed sheets.45 patients in the observation group received perioperative nursing,and 45 patients in the control group received routine nursing.Comparative analysis The surgical success rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the operation success rate in the observation group was 93.3%higher than that in the control group,73.3%(P<0.05);Conclusion Perioperative nursing has played a good role in promoting the condition of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,improved the success rate of surgery to a certain extent,and reduced postoperative complications.It is an application worthy of active promotion.
