手术室优质护理在鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者中的应用效果

The application effect of operating room quality care in nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的探讨手术室优质护理在鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者中的应用效果。方法研究对象80例为慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,入院后以电脑随机法分为A(n=40)、B(n=40)两组,分别给予手术常规护理及手术室优质护理干预,并于2020年1月-2022年1月期间进行组间对照研究。结果B组患者收缩压、舒张压及心率分别为(122.20±7.44)mmHg、(81.50±4.62)mmHg、(73.71±1.88)次/min均较A组的(130.38±8.91)mmHg、(89.17±5.79)mmHg、(84.34±3.79)次/min指标水平更低;B组患者SAS与SDS量表评分分别为(30.38±3.21)分、(28.17±3.79)分均较A组的(39.84±4.97)分、(36.27±4.54)分更少;B组手术室护理不良事件发生率为7.50%低于A组的25.00%;以上研究数据对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,展开手术室优质护理干预,可提升手术治疗安全性,并稳定患者心理状态,同时对和谐护患关系的建立亦可起到积极推广意义。

Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing in operating room in endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Eighty patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups:A(n=40)and B(n=40)by computer randomization after admission.They were given routine surgical nursing and high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room,respectively.A controlled intergroup study will be conducted from January 2020 to January 2022.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients in group B were(122.20±7.44)mmHg,(81.50±4.62)mmHg,(73.71±1.88)times/min,which were higher than those in group A(130.38±8.91)mmHg,(89.17±89.17±5.79)mmHg and(84.34±3.79)times/min were lower;the SAS and SDS scale scores of patients in group B were(30.38±3.21)and(28.17±3.79)respectively,which were higher than those in group A(39.84±4.97).points and(36.27±4.54)points were less;the incidence of adverse events in operating room nursing in group B was 7.50%lower than that in group A,25.00%,There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing endoscopic surgery,high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room can improve the safety of surgical treatment,stabilize the patient’s psychological state,and actively promote the establishment of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.significance.
