探讨长期留置胃管患者鼻咽部损伤原因的分析及护理效果

Analysis and nursing effect of nasopharyngeal injury in patients with long-term indwelling gastric tube

目的分析长期留置胃管患者鼻咽部损伤原因,探讨护理效果。方法于我院收治留置胃管患者68例;随机均分为2组各34例,参照组采取常规护理,试验组采取相应护理干预;对比两组护理效果。结果留置胃管第3天,在鼻咽部黏膜损伤O级人数比方面,两组无差异(P>0.05);留置胃管第7天时,在鼻咽部黏膜损伤0级人数比方面,试验组多于参照组;在鼻咽部黏膜损伤Ⅰ级-Ⅳ级人数比方面,两组无差异(P<0.05)。留置胃管第3天,在舒适度评分0分人数占比方面,试验组同参照组相比差异教小(P>0.05);留置胃管第7天,舒适度评分3分人数占比,试验组多于参照组(P<0.05)。结论有效护理干预措施的实施可减轻和改善长时间留置胃管患者鼻咽部损伤情况,使其尽早康复。

Objective To analyze the causes of nasopharyngeal injury in patients with long-term indwelling gastric tube,and to explore the nursing effect.Methods A total of 68 patients with indwelling gastric tube were treated in our hospital.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received corresponding nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the 3rd day of indwelling gastric tube,there was no difference between the two groups in the ratio of the number of people with grade 0 nasopharyngeal mucosal injury(P>0.05).The group was more than the reference group;there was no difference between the two groups in the ratio of the number of persons with nasopharyngeal mucosal injury grade I to grade IV(P<0.05).On the 3rd day of indwelling gastric tube,in terms of the proportion of people with a comfort score of 0,the difference between the experimental group and the reference group was smaller(P>0.05);on the 7th day of indwelling gastric tube,the proportion of people with a comfort score of 3 points The experimental group was more than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of effective nursing intervention measures can reduce and improve the nasopharyngeal injury in patients with long-term indwelling gastric tube,so that they can recover as soon as possible.
