循证护理在鼻咽癌同步放化疗经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者的应用效果

The application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with nasopharyngealcarcinoma with concurrent chemoradiotherapy through peripheral venous placement ofcentral venous catheter(PICC)

目的探讨循证护理在鼻咽癌同步放化疗经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院80例鼻咽癌同步放化疗PICC置管患者,时间为2020年3月-2021年9月,随机分组,每组各40例;对照组与观察组分别采取常规护理与循证护理,对比护理效果。结果干预后,观察组并发症发生率、抑郁评分、焦虑评分比对照组低,而生活质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在鼻咽癌同步放化疗经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管患者护理中应用效果显著,除降低患者并发症发生率外,有助于其负面情绪改善,促进生活质量的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy and placed central venous catheter(PICC)through peripheral vein.Methods 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with PICC from March 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into 40 patients in each group;The control group and the observation group took routine nursing and evidence-based nursing respectively to compare the nursing effect.Results After the intervention,the incidence of complications,depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the score of quality of life was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing has a significant effect in the nursing of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with central venous catheter through peripheral vein.In addition to reducing the incidence of complications,it helps to improve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
