优质护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中效果观察

Observation on the effect of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with hypertensive epistaxis

目的讨论优质护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中效果观察。方法入选60例高血压性鼻出血患者主要于2021年3月-2022年3月接受病情诊疗,将其随机分为对照组30例与研究组30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理,观察指标:鼻出血频率及血压;自我效能感及护理满意度。结果护理前两组鼻出血频率、收缩压及舒张压指标均较高且无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后两组鼻出血频率、收缩压及舒张压指标均降低,但研究组指标明显比对照组小,P<0.05。护理前两组自我效能感指标均较低且无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后两组自我效能感指标均升高,但研究组指标明显比对照组大,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度指标明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论相较于常规护理,高血压性鼻出血患者实施优质护理可更为强效的控制鼻出血症状及血压水平,增强其自我效能,且其对该护理模式满意度较高,应积极普及推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with hypertensive epistaxis.Methods Sixty patients with hypertensive epistaxis were enrolled from March 2021 to March 2022,and were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).Routine nursing was carried out in the control group,and high-quality nursing was carried out in the research group.Self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction.Results Before nursing,nosebleed frequency,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure indexes were all higher in the two groups without statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,the frequency of nosebleed,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were decreased,but the index of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Before nursing,the self-efficacy indexes of the two groups were low and not statistically significant,P>0.05;After nursing,the self-efficacy index of the two groups increased,but the index of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction index of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,patients with hypertensive epistaxis can control the symptoms of epistaxis and blood pressure more effectively with high quality nursing,and enhance their self-efficacy,and their satisfaction with this nursing model is higher,should be actively popularized.
