中医护理方案在周围性面瘫治疗中的应用及对患者护理满意度影响

Application of TCM nursing program in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis and its influence on patient nursing satisfaction

目的讨论中医护理方案在周围性面瘫治疗中的应用及对患者护理满意度影响。方法入选60例周围性面瘫患者主要于2021年1月-2021年12月接受病情诊疗,将其随机分为对照组30例与研究组30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施中医护理方案。观察指标:中医症候积分、H-B评分以及Portmann评分、护理满意度。结果治疗前两组中医症候积分无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗1周后、治疗2周后、治疗3周后研究组中医症候积分值均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组H-B评分以及Portmann评分无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗后研究组H-B评分明显低于对照组,Portmann评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度的96.67%明显高于对照组的73.33%,P<0.05。结论在周围性面瘫治疗中应用中医护理方案可促进周围性面瘫患者症状消失,有效改善面部神经功能及肌肉运动水平,且患者普遍满意该护理模式,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the application of TCM nursing program in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis and its influence on patient nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were selected and treated from January 2021 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The control group carried out routine nursing,the study group carried out traditional Chinese medicine nursing program.Outcome measures:TCM symptom score,H-B score,Portmann score,nursing satisfaction.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups,P>0.05;After 1 week of treatment,2 weeks of treatment and 3 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.There were no significant differences in H-B score and Portmann score between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,h-B score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and Portmann score was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(73.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of TCM nursing program in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can promote the disappearance of symptoms of patients with peripheral facial paralysis,effectively improve facial nerve function and muscle movement level,and patients are generally satisfied with the nursing model,it is worth promoting.
