分析中西医结合护理在耳鼻喉手术患者的护理效果

To analyze the nursing effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients undergoing otorhinolaryngectomy

目的分析耳鼻喉手术采取中西医结合护理的效果。方法选取2021年3月~2022年3月于我院就诊的耳鼻喉手术治疗患者研究,总计62例,按随机数字法原则分组,等分为2组,对照组辅以常规西医护理,观察组采取中西医结合护理,比较2组指标,囊括心理状态、疼痛水平、生活质量等。结果(1)心理状态(焦虑、抑郁):观察组焦虑、抑郁水平,相较于对照组表现更低(P<0.05);(2)疼痛水平:观察组于术后不同时段疼痛程度,均较对照组表现更低(P<0.05);(3)生活质量:观察组各因子得分(精神健康、总活力等)比于对照组高(P<0.05);(4)满意度:与之对照组77.42%比,观察组满意度96.77%表现更高(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉手术采取中西医结合护理效果理想,可减轻心理、生理应激效应,提高预后及患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of otorhinolaryngectomy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing otorhinolaryngectomy in our hospital from March to March 2022 were 2021.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group was given routine Western medicine nursing,the Observation Group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.The indexes of the two groups were compared,including psychological status,pain level,quality of life and so on.Results 1 psychological state(anxiety and depression):the level of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),2 pain level:the degree of pain in the observation group at different time after operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),3 quality of life:the scores of all factors(mental health,total vitality,etc.)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);4Compared with the control group(77.42%),the observation group(96.77%)was more satisfied.Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in otorhinolaryngectomy is ideal,which can reduce the psychological and physiological stress,improve the prognosis and patient satisfaction.
