前策划后评估智能化技术的前沿趋势研究 被引量:3

Research on the frontier trend of architectural programming and postoccupancy evaluation intelligent technology

摘要 针对我国城乡建设高质量发展的现实需求,提出前策划后评估融合信息科学、数据技术新方法的智能化方法研究方向.综述国内外相关研究成果和趋势,理清大型建筑工程的建筑策划需要针对不确定性问题,研发有力的科学决策工具;智能化工具在设计决策中的应用不仅体现在AI辅助设计,更应该向智能策划扩展;关注建筑全寿期中前策划后评估的作用,为全面实现智慧运维提供基础.提出针对复杂建筑策划尚无有效的智能化决策工具的问题,构建智能策划复杂决策理论体系;针对建筑使用后评估的空间绩效与人体感知数据缺乏关联、感知数据获取难的问题,研发使用后评估主客观数据间耦合技术;针对设计与数据转换机制不明确、全寿期设计无衔接的问题,研发建筑全寿期智慧化整合设计工具和方法;针对前策划与后评估内在映射机制不明确的问题,研发贯穿前策划-后评估的智慧管控与全寿期前馈推演技术;针对设计任务制定依赖经验,特征与分类不清晰的问题,研发建筑工程前策划-后评估智能技术集成示范应用技术. According to the practical needs of the high-quality development of urban and rural construction,the research direction of intelligent methodology is proposed to integrate information science and data technology with architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation.This paper reviews the relevant research trends at home and abroad and shows that powerful tools are needed to solve the problem of uncertainty in the architectural programming of large-scale construction projects.The application of intelligent tools in design decision-making should be extended to architectural programming.More attention should be paid to the role of architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation in the whole life of a building to provide a basis for the comprehensive realization of intelligent operation and maintenance.To solve the problem of the lack of an effective intelligent decision-making tool for complex architectural programming,a theoretical system of intelligent decision-making for complex architectural programming has been constructed.To solve the problems of the lack of correlation between spatial performance and human perception data and mitigate the difficulty of perception data acquisition,a technology combining subjective and objective data of post-occupancy evaluation has been developed.To solve the problems of unclear design and data conversion mechanisms and the lack of connection between the stages of whole-life design,intelligent integrated design tools and methods for the whole-life design of buildings have been developed.To clarify the internal mapping mechanism between architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation,a technology for intelligent control and the feedforward inference of whole-life design for architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation has been developed.To mitigate the dependence of the design task formulation on experience and clarify the design characteristics and classification,a technology for demonstrating the intelligent integration of architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation has been developed.
