城市公共空间认知维度的转变——以上海为例

Transformation of the cognitive dimension of urban public space:The Shanghai case

城市公共空间的迭代与更新与人们对于城市公共空间认知的演进密不可分,本文在阐释城市公共空间认知发展脉络的基础上,结合《上海市城市总体规划(2017~2035年)》(《上海2035规划》)和《上海市城市更新条例》等相关法规与政策,通过剖析大量上海实践项目在共同构建城市公共空间体系时不同的关注点与切入点,指出上海公共空间正迈向一个充满城市特质的、复合叠加的、漫游弥散的、韧性生长的人人共享之地,归纳其迭代转型趋势下认知转变的四个维度:从普适性到特质性、从单一性到复合性、从纵向结构到水平结构,以及从中立性到触媒性.

The iteration and regeneration of urban public spaces are inseparable from the evolution of people's cognition of such spaces.To explain the transformation of the cognitive dimension of urban public spaces,as well as the Shanghai 2035 Plan,Shanghai Urban Renewal Regulations,and other relevant laws and policies,this paper analyzes several projects on Shanghai public space regeneration practice and reveals that Shanghai public space is moving toward a unique,composite,and resilient place for everyone to share.The following four dimensions of cognitive transformation are observed in Shanghai urban public spaces:from universality to particularity,from oneness to complexity,from a vertical structure to a horizontal structure,and from neutrality to a catalyst.
