摘要
耕读教育是我国传统教育理念的重要组成部分,是传承中华传统农耕文化的重要载体。新时代,耕读教育衍生出新的内涵和要求,对提高涉农高校人才培养质量,助力乡村振兴事业发展具有深远的意义。基于耕读教育的时代内涵演变,提出了涉农高校耕读教育人才培养路径,以“研学旅行”课程为例,通过构建四个“协同机制”,统筹耕读教育与课程发展,为培养“学农、爱农、强农、兴农”的创新型现代农业人才提供有力支撑。
Farming and reading education is an essential part of the traditional education concept and an important carrier of inheriting Chinese traditional farming culture.In the new era,farming and reading education has derived new connotations and requirements,which have far-reaching significance for im-proving the quality of talent training in agricultural colleges and helping the development of rural revi-talization.Based on the evolution of the era connotation of farming and reading education,this study puts forward the cultivating path of farming and reading education talents in agricultural colleges.Tak-ing"Study Travel"course as an example,agricultural colleges,through the construction of four"col-laborative mechanisms",coordinate cultivation and reading education and curriculum development,and provide strong support for cultivating innovative modern agricultural talents who"learn agriculture,love agriculture,strengthen agriculture,and develop agriculture".
