Establish ment of Quality Criterion of Ankening Mixture

目的:制定安咳宁合剂的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层层析法对方中主药黄连和麻黄分别进行定性分析。测定相对密度、pH值、沉淀等,控制安咳宁合剂的质量。结果:制剂质量稳定可控。结论:制定的质量标准适合安咳宁合剂的质量控制。

Objective: To establish the quality control criterion of Ankening mixture. Method: Rhizoma coptids and Herba ephedrae were analyzed by TLC. The relative density, pH values, precipitate were determined to control the quality of Ankening mixture. Result: The quality of the preparation could be well controlled and was stable. Conclusion: The quality criterion established was suitable for the quality control of Ankening.
