摘要
全球节能减排大环境加速了全球海上风电市场的发展,为此展开了作为大容量海上风场输出缆的330 kV三芯大截面铜芯交流海底电缆(海缆)的研制。通过对大长度高压海缆设计、材料开发、设备制造、工艺控制、产品检验能力的一系列创新,成功研制了超大直径(300 mm)的1600 mm2规格330 kV三芯海缆。经检测,该海缆具有优异的机械性能、电气性能、导体阻水性能、防腐蚀性能等,可敷设于100 m水深内海床及登陆段。该海缆可适应国内外市场,并且符合节能降本的主旨。
The global environment of energy conservation and emission reduction has accelerated the development of the global offshore wind power market.Therefore,the development of 330 kV three-core large section copper-core AC submarine cable as a high-capacity offshore wind power output cable has been launched.Through a series of innovations in the design,material development,equipment manufacturing,process control and product inspection capabilities of large-length high-voltage submarine cables,a 1600 mm^(2)330 kV three-core submarine cable with a super large diameter(300 mm)has been successfully developed.After testing,the submarine cable has excellent mechanical properties,electrical properties,conductor water resistance,corrosion resistance,etc.,and can be laid on the seabed and landing section within 1oo m water depth.The submarine cable can adapt to domestic and foreign markets,and conforms to the theme of energy saving and cost reduction.
