摘要
为了提高电能传输效率,降低线路输送时的电能损耗,开发了新型JLHA55.25高强度高导电率铝合金导线。JLHA55.25铝合金导线生产有一定特殊性,即对LHA55.25铝合金材料制造时精确控制投料能力以及对LHA55.25铝合金单线时效工艺控制能力要求更高。相对与常规JLHA1高强度铝合金导线,JLHA55.25铝合金导线不但具有基本相同的优良机械性能,而且电性能更为优异,能够在线路运行过程中带来巨大的节能增益,满足我国绿色电网的建设需求。
In order to improve the power transmission,efficiency and reduce the power loss during line transmission,a new JLHA55.25 aluminum alloy conductor with high strength and high conductivity is developed.The production of JLHA55.25 aluminum alloy conductor has certain particularity,that is,it has higher requirements on the accurate control of feeding capacity during the manufacture of LHA55.25 aluminum alloy materials and on the control capacity of aging process of LHA55.25 aluminum alloy single line.Compared with conventional JLHA1 high strength aluminum alloy conductor,JLHA55.25 aluminum alloy conductor not only has basically the same excellent mechanical performance,but also has more excellent electrical performance,which can bring huge energy-saving gain during the operation of the line and meet the construction needs of China's green power grid.
