浮式风电用动态海缆制造过程关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies in Manufacturing Process of Dynamic Submarine Cable for Floating Wind Turbines

摘要 浮式风电用动态海缆特殊的结构设计使之制造过程不同于传统的静态海缆。从导体阻水工艺、成缆-铠装工艺、动态海缆与静态海缆连接方面介绍了浮式风电用动态海缆制造过程的关键技术。通过生产管理系统(MES),在线控制动态海缆的成缆-铠装过程中的张力和缠绕角度,以保证各个单元受力均匀,减小残余应力,并消除扭矩造成的缆体的扭转屈曲现象。同时,建立成缆-铠装过程的弯曲力学模型,研究制造过程中的力学行为,为铠装、倒缆等过程的工艺参数选取及路径设计提供理论依据。 The special structure design of dynamic submarine cable for floating wind turbines makes its manufacturing process different from the traditional static submarine cable.The key technologies in the manufacturing process of dynamic submarine cable for floating wind turbines are introduced from the aspects of conductor water blocking technology,cabling-armoring technology,and the connection between dynamic submarine cables and static submarine cables.Through the MES system,the tension and winding angle during the cabling-armoring process are controlled online to ensure uniform stress on each unit,reduce residual stress,and eliminate torsional buckling of the cable body caused by torque.At the same time,the bending mechanics model of the cabling-armoring process is established,and the mechanical behavior in the manufacturing process is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of process parameters and the path design of the armoring,cable laying and other processes.
