基于普通气吹机和洒水车的水浮敷设光缆方案

Water Jetting Optical Cable Installing Scheme Based on Ordinary Air Blower and Sprinkler

摘要 水浮敷设光缆技术可在有水资源配置的工程场景下,通过水浮方式大大减小光缆在敷设过程中受到的阻力,获得比气吹敷设光缆技术更为优良的施工效果。针对基于进口水压机的水浮敷设光缆方案受进口设备、水源资源限制的不足,提出了基于普通气吹机+洒水车的优化水浮敷设光缆方案。通过在同一个场地采用相同型号规格的光缆和管道进行敷设,对比了优化水浮敷设方案和气吹敷设方案的实施结果,两者实施结果基本一致,但优化水浮敷设光缆方案在长距离敷设上优势明显,敷设距离可达2.5倍以上,且敷设速度更稳定,时间更短。由此验证了采用洒水车作为水源和水压动力的优化水浮敷设光缆方案是一种满足大多数环境的高效可行的水浮敷设光缆方案,具有灵活性强、综合施工成本低的特点,可提升我国水浮敷设光缆技术的实际应用水平。 The water jetting optical cable installing technology can greatly reduce the resistance of the optical cable in the installing process through water jetting under the engineering scenario with water resources allocation,and obtain a better construction effect than the air blowing optical cable installing technology.In view of the shortage of the water jetting optical cable installing scheme based on the imported hydraulic press limited by the imported equipment and water resources,an optimized water jetting optical cable installing scheme based on the ordinary air blower and sprinkler is proposed.By installing optical cables and pipes of the same model and specification on the same site,the implementation results of the optimized water jetting installing scheme and the air blowing installing scheme are compared.The implementation results of the two schemes are basically the same,but the optimized water jetting optical cable installing scheme has obvious advantages in long-distance installation,the installing distance can reach more than 2.5 times,the installing speed is more stable and the time is shorter.Thus,it is verified that the optimized water jetting optical cable installing scheme using sprinkler as the water source and hydraulic power is an efficient and feasible water jetting optical cable installing scheme that meets most environments.It has the characteristics of strong flexibility and low comprehensive construction cost,and can improve the practical application level of water jetting optical cable installing technology in China.
