摘要
为了研究水稻的耐盐性,本研究通过测试5个长雄野生稻(Oryza longistaminata)的耐盐性,发现材料E11-9苗期耐盐性显著优于耐盐品种韭菜青。利用长雄野生稻E11-9对亚洲栽培稻海南红米进行耐盐性改良,创制了1个苗期至孕穗期耐盐性明显增强的株系CXZH,表明非洲长雄野生稻E-119在改良亚洲栽培稻耐盐性方面具有实际应用价值。
To study the salt tolerance of rice,we tested the salt tolerance of five African long stamen wild rice(Oryza longistaminata),and found that the salt tolerance of E11-9 at seedling stage was significantly better than that of salt-tolerant variety Jiucaiqing.The salt tolerance of the Asian cultivated rice Hainan red rice was improved by using the long stamen wild rice E11-9,and a line CXZH with significantly increased salt tolerance from seedling stage to booting stage was created,indicating that the genetic resources of African long stamen wild rice have practical application value in improving the salt tolerance of Asian cultivated rice.
