摘要
409A是合肥丰乐种业股份有限公司以香恢1号/R248杂交F_(8)代为父本,以优质保持系深95B为母本复交后,在F4代选出优良单株再与深95A测交并连续回交多代后转育而成的野败型优质籼型水稻三系不育系。该不育系综合农艺性状优良,不育性稳定,异交特性好,配合力强,于2019年8月通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。利用该不育系配制的组合乐优966和乐优97分别于2021年和2022年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。
409A is a high-quality WA-type indica rice CMS line developed by Hefei Fengle Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.through crossing the F_(8) of Xianghui 1/R248 as the male parent with the high quality maintainer line Shen 95B as the female parent,and then selecting elite single plants in the F4 generation to testcross with Shen 95A,and followed by successive backcrossing for several generations.It has excellent comprehensive agronomic traits,stable male sterility,good outcrossing characteristics and strong combining ability,and was technically identified by Anhui Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in August 2019.Leyou 966 and Leyou 97,the hybrid combinations derived from 409A,were approved by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2021 and 2022,respectively.
