Breeding of New Late Indica Hybrid Rice Combination Xianhongyou 826 with Weak Photosensitivity and Good Quality

先红优826是广西农业科学院水稻研究所以先红A为母本,桂826为父本配组育成的弱感光型优质杂交晚籼稻新组合,2020年6月通过广西壮族自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定。该组合食味及稻米品质优、抗倒伏、适应性广,适合在广西桂南稻作区、桂中南部适宜种植弱感光品种的区域作晚稻种植。

Xianhongyou 826,derived from Xianhong A and Gui 826,is a new late indica hybrid rice combination with weak photosensitivity and good grain quality developed by the Rice Research Institute of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.In June 2020,it was approved by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Xianhongyou 826 has excellent taste and grain quality,good lodging resistance and wide adaptability.It is suitable for planting as late rice in the rice growing area of south Guangxi and the area suitable for planting weak photosensitive varieties in the middle and south of Guangxi.
