论民族互嵌式社区建设对民族交往交流交融的促进——以融水苗家小镇社区为例

On the Promotion of Ethnic Communication and Integration by the Construction of Ethnic Inter-embedded Community——Taking Rongshui Miaojia Town Community as an Example

推动互嵌式社区建设是促进各民族更好交往交流交融的重要方式,加强各民族交往交流交融是推动互嵌式社区建设的必然要求。自2017年建立以来,作为移民搬迁社区的广西柳州市融水苗族自治县融水镇苗家小镇一直致力于民族互嵌式社区建设,并荣获全国易地扶贫搬迁美丽搬迁安置区和柳州市民族团结示范社区。苗家小镇从加强党建引领、后续扶持、粤桂协作和思想教育四个方面创新开展互嵌式社区的创建工作,为民族互嵌式社区创建工作的顺利开展提供思路与依据,给推进民族交往交流交融工作提供以下参考:相邻共居促空间互嵌、就业增收促经济互嵌、氛围营造促文化互嵌、互助互融促社会互嵌。

Promoting the construction of embedded communities is an important way to promote better exchanges and integration of all ethnic groups,and strengthening the exchanges and integration of all ethnic groups is an inevitable requirement to promote the construction of embedded communities.Since the establishment of the community in 2017,Miaojia Town,as a resettlement community,has been committed to the construction of ethnic embedded communities,and won the national relocation and resettlement area for poverty alleviation and relocation and Liuzhou national unity demonstration community.Miaojia Town innovates the creation of interembedded communities from four aspects:strengthening party building guidance,follow-up support,cooperation between Guangdong and Guangxi,and ideological education.It provides ideas and basis for the smooth development of the creation of ethnic inter-embedded communities,and provides the following reference for promoting ethnic exchanges and exchanges:adjacent co-habitation promotes spatial inter-embedding,employment and income increase promotes economic inter-embedding,atmosphere creation promotes cultural inter-embedding,and mutual assistance promotes social inter-embedding.
