摘要
根据超声波在三层介质中的传播原理以及耦合剂在压力作用下会使耦合层减薄影响声波的传播与接收,设计多种耦合剂使用同一AVG曲线在施加不同的压力下接收同一位置的超声回波波幅,分析同种耦合剂在不同压力下的回波波幅的差异以及对比各种耦合剂之间的差异得出耦合介质的压力敏感性差异。通过实验可以发现压块的质量与回波波幅具有高度相关性,实验选取的各种耦合剂都能用一个二次函数对压块的质量与回波波幅进行高度拟合。从拟合的曲线也可以发现声学检测对于施加在探头上的压力的经验值为2kg~2.5kg,这一数值具有科学合理性。
In this paper,according to the ultrasonic in three layers of media and Coupling agent under the action of pressure will cause the coupling layer to reduce the influence of sound wave propagation and reception,design a variety of coupling agents,using the same AVG curve of ultrasonic and receiving the same position applied under different pressures,analysis echo sound intensity differences between the same coupling agent under different pressure and contrast the differences between the various coupling agents until the difference of the pressure sensitivity of the coupling medium is obtained.Through experiments,we can find that the mass of the pressure block is highly correlated with the return wave amplitude,and the quality of the pressure block and the echo amplitude can be fitted with a two function.From the fitting curve can also be found that the acoustic detection for the pressure applied to the probe 2kg~2.5kg is also a scientific rationality.
