摘要
目的 从预防医学专业学生的角度评估在卫生统计学教学中实施翻转课堂联合文献学习模式的效果及可行性。方法 利用自研调查问卷,对预防医学专业116名本科生进行调查,分析学生对翻转课堂、文献学习教学以及自我创新、批判能力的评价情况并比较其考试成绩。结果 学生认为翻转课堂有利于提升统计学习的深度和广度81人、占69.8%,认为有利于培养剖析疑点难点的能力76人、占65.5%;认为文献学习有利于掌握教学内容79人、占68.1%,认为有利于培养剖析疑点难点的能力78人、占67.2%;2018级1班期末平均成绩为73.98分,及格率为85.5%,优秀率为25.8%,与2018级2班相比均略高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 学生对卫生统计学课程实施翻转课堂与文献学习的教学模式体验良好,可适当开展该模式,加强培养学生自主学习,从而提升其创新能力及教学效果。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the implementation of the flipped classroom combined with literature learning model in teaching health statistics from the perspective of preventive medicine students.Methods The evaluation of 116 undergraduates majoring in preventive medcine to the flipped classroom,literature learning instruction,self-innovation and critical skills were analyzed with the questionaire survey,and the test scores of the students were compared.Results There were 81 students(accounting for 69.8%)thought that the flipped classroom was advantageous to improve the depth and width of statistics,and 76 students(accounting for 65.5%)thought it was advantageous to foster the ability of dessection of doubtful points and difficulties.There were 79 students(accounting for 68.1%)thought that the literature learning was advantageous to master the teaching content,and 78 students(accounting for 67.2%)thought it was advantageous to foster the ability of dessection of doubtful points and difficulties.The average score of class 1 grade 2018 was 73.98 in final grade,with pass rate of 85.5%and excellent rate of 25.8%,slightly higher than class 2 grade 2018 without statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions The experience of the students to the teaching mode of flipped classroom and literature learning is good in the health statistics course.This model can be carried out appropriately to strengthen the selflearning of the students,so as to improving their innovative ability and teaching effectiveness.
