摘要 交通业是国民经济发展和居民生活必需的基础产业之一,近年公路施工正逐渐由传统劳动密集型向工厂化、智能化以及绿色化建造方式过渡。钢筋作为工程建设所必需的原材料及骨架,成本高且用量大,传统手工加工的粗放式钢筋生产加工模式有效率低、污染大、噪音大等问题。基于BIM的钢筋智能加工技术的使用可以实现钢筋优化设计到钢筋下料单的自动导出,合理使用材料,达到降本增效的目的。 Transportation is one of the essential industries for national economic development and residents'livelihoods.In recent years,road construction has gradually transitioned from traditional labor-intensive methods to factory-based,intelligent,and green building methods.As an essential material and skeleton in project construction,rebar has high cost and large usage.Traditional manual processing of crude rebar production and processing models have problems such as low efficiency,pollution,and noise.The use of Intelligent Rebar Processing Technology based on Building Information Modeling(BIM)can achieve automatic export from optimized design of rebar to rebar cutting list,reasonable use of materials,and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency enhancemen.
