上海打造数字贸易国际枢纽港的路径研究

Research on the Path for Shanghai to BuildAn International Hub Port forDigital Trade

数字贸易已成为全球贸易发展的重要引擎,近些年来,中国数字贸易发展迅速,已经成为经济保稳转增的重要支点。为促进中国数字贸易高质量发展并填补与美欧日等发达国家间的数字贸易鸿沟,上海作为中国改革开放的前沿城市,首要任务是打造数字贸易国际枢纽港。基于数字经济的发展背景,在阐述数字贸易概念及分类的基础上,剖析了上海打造数字贸易国际枢纽港的现实基础、优势条件及严峻挑战,并针对发展过程中存在的统计问题、法律法规问题、安全与开放问题、巨额逆差问题提出了路径选择。

Digital trade has become an important engine for the development of global trade.In recent years,China’s digital trade has developed rapidly and become an important support for economic stability and growth.In order to promote the high-quality development of China’s digital trade and fill the digital trade gap with the United States,Europe,Japan and other developed countries.Shanghai,as a leading city in China’s reform and opening up,has the primary task of building an international hub port for digital trade.Based on the development background of digital economy,this paper elaborates on the concept and classification of digital trade,analyzes the practical foundation,advantages,and challenges for Shanghai to build an international hub port for digital trade,and proposes solutions for the problems of statistics,laws and regulations,security and opening,and huge deficit in the process of development.
