基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的我国体检报告质量的文献计量可视化分析

A bibliometric visual analysis of the quality of medical examination reports in China based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

目的:采用可视化软件CiteSpace和VOSviewer分析我国体检报告质量的研究热点和发展趋势。方法:检索万方数据库中1997年1月至2023年2月相关文献,使用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对发文数量、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献650篇。2013、2021年发文量较多,总体呈上升-下降-上升趋势;发文机构主要集中在医学、医药、药师及健康管理学杂志类;热门关键词有“健康体检”“质量控制”“健康体检报告”“体检中心”“健康管理”等;热门领域主要集中在数字化医疗体检的成效、体检报告的结果分析、PDCA循环管理在体检中心质量控制的应用等方面。结论:文献计量可视化分析直观法分析了体检报告质量的发展状况,揭示其研究热点及发展趋势,以期为进一步提升体检报告质量提供新的价值参考。

Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of medical examination report quality in China using visualization software CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Methods:Relevant literature from January 1997 to February 2023 in Wanfang database was searched,and the number of articles,issuing institutions and key words were visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results:The results showed that 650 articles were included,and the number of articles in 2013 and 2021 was high,with an overall trend of increasing-decreasing-increasing;the issuing institutions mainly focused on medical,pharmaceutical,pharmacist and health management journals;the keyword analysis suggested that,the popular keywords were Health checkup","quality control","health checkup report","health checkup center","health management",etc."health management"and so on.The popular areas were mainly focused on the effectiveness of digital medical checkups,the analysis of the results of health checkup reports,and the application of PDCA cycle management in the quality control of health checkup centers.Conclusion:The intuitive method of literature measurement visualization analysis analyzes the development of medical checkup report quality and reveals its research hotspots and development trend,in order to provide new value references for further improving medical checkup report quality.
