钢混结合梁桥面薄层SMA罩面用粘结层材料性能的研究

摘要 为了研究环境温度、UHPC表面粗糙化处理对UHPC-SMA粘结层粘结强度的影响,对表面进行刻槽、抛丸等粗糙化处理的UHPC进行拉拔和斜剪测试,对比不同UHPC面对粘结层抗剪切强度影响,发现在同一种粘结剂的情况下碎石嵌锁和刻槽处理的UHPC表面具有较强的粘结力;其次对比研究了不同粘结方案对层间粘结性能的影响,发现二阶环氧树脂方案的总体性能恢复强于环氧沥青和高粘乳化沥青+高粘高弹应力吸收层方案的性能恢复;最后研究了温度对层间粘结性能的影响,结果表明温度越高,斜剪强度就会下降,但发现相较于另外两种粘结层方案二阶反应环氧树脂的耐高温性能较好。通过对比可知,UHPC经过表面粗糙处理,并采用二阶反应环氧树脂进行粘结在适当低温条件下更适用于粘结要求更高的工程。 In order to study the effect of ambient temperature and surface roughness treatment of UHPC on the bond strength of UHPC-SMA bond layer,the drawing and oblique shear tests were carried out on UHPC surface roughness treatment such as grooving and shot blasting,and the effect of different UHPC samples on the shear strength of the bond layer was compared.It was found that the UHPC surface treated with shot blasting has strong bonding force under the condition of the same binder.Then,the effect of different bonding schemes on the interlayer bonding properties was compared.It was displayed that the overall performance recovery of second-order epoxy resin wsa stronger than that of epoxy asphalt and high viscosity emulsified asphalt+high viscosity and high elastic stress absorption layer.In addition,the impact of temperature on the bond performance was studied.The results showed that the inclined shear strength decreased with the increase of temperature,but it was shown that high temperature resistance of the second reaction epoxy resin was better than the other two bond layer schemes.Also,it presented that UHPC is more suitable for projects with higher bonding requirements under appropriate low temperature conditions after surface roughness treatment and second-order reaction epoxy resin bonding.
