斜拉桥主塔表面防腐涂装施工关键技术研究

摘要 针对斜拉桥主塔混凝土表面出现的腐蚀、裂缝等病害,制定了混凝土结构表面防腐涂装方案并进行工艺试验。在此基础上按照防腐涂装总体施工方案要求,重点阐述了涂装作业高空吊篮的布设方法及现场作业工艺流程,有效提高了主塔混凝土防腐涂装施工质量及安全性。 In view of the corrosion,crack and other diseases on the concrete surface of the main tower of cable-stayed bridge,the anti-corrosive coating scheme of the surface of the concrete structure was formulated and the technological test was carried out.On this basis,according to the requirements of the overall construction scheme of anti-corrosive coating,the method and process of coating and installation of the high-altitude hanging basket was emphatically expounded,which effectively improved the construction quality and safety of the anti-corrosive painting of the main tower concrete.
