摘要
面对现代企业发展的新形势新要求,做好建材企业的人力资源管理是现代企业战略管理的首要课题。该文从企业战略、系统谋划和思维、推进人与组织的适配、激活人才的价值创造角度出发,提出了一流建材企业人力资源管理需要把握的“四个合适”准则,并以凯盛科技集团的具体做法进行了阐释。
