摘要
为确保向监控中心及时传递物流信息,提高仓储管理系统存储效率、降低人工运作成本,提出了基于“5G+智慧物流装备”的智能仓储管理系统设计方法。通过分析仓储管理系统功能需求和业务流程,结合5G通信技术、AMS技术和RFID技术特点,构建基于“5G+智慧物流装备”的智能仓储管理系统架构,并设计智能仓储管理系统运行模式。该方法可实现高度自动化、高效率、存拣一体化储存,为未来智能仓储管理系统研发提供了一种新的设计思路。
In order to ensure the timely delivery of logistics information to the monitoring center,the design method of intelligent warehouse management system based on"5G+intelligent logistics equipment"was proposed to improve the storage efficiency of the warehouse management system and reduce the labor operation cost.An intelligent warehouse management system architecture based on"5G+intelligent logistics equipment"was constructed and the operation mode of the intelligent warehouse management system was designed by analyzing the functional requirements and business processes of the warehouse management system,combining with the characteristics of 5G communication technology,AMS technology and RFID technology.This method can realize high automation,high efficiency and integrated storage,which provides a new design idea for the future research and development of intelligent warehouse management system.
