考虑双重不确定的目标导向型双属性用户均衡

Target-oriented Bi-attribute User Equilibrium Considering the Impact of Double Uncertainty

摘要 基于风险规避出行时间和出行成本两种影响出行者路径选择的要素,提出了考虑双重不确定的目标导向型双属性用户均衡。采用高斯Copula刻画风险规避出行时间与出行成本的随机相关性,结合出行者风险规避出行时间和出行成本的实现概率刻画期望目标实现概率与目标间的相互作用,将所提出的用户均衡表示为变分不等式问题,采用基于路径的连续平均算法对其求解,数值实验验证了算法有效性。实验结果表明,出行者风险规避特性和目标导向特性会对交通网络均衡流量产生一致或相反影响,部分路径流量的改变可达16.4%。 Based on the two factors that affect the traveler′s route choice,risk-averse travel time and travel cost,a target-oriented bi-attribute user equilibrium was proposed,which considers double uncertainties.Gaussian Copula is used to describe the stochastic correlation between these two factors.The interaction between travelers′desirable target achievement probability and the objectives was described by combining risk-averse travel time and travel cost of travelers.The proposed user equilibrium is formulated as a variational inequality problem,which is solved by a route-based method of successive average.Numerical tests are constructed to show the effectiveness of the solution algorithm,and results show that:travelers’risk-averse characteristic and target-oriented characteristic will have the same or opposite impact on the traffic network equilibrium flow,and the change of some path flow can reach 16.4%.
