Industrial Robot Application,Labour Quality and Common Prosperity

基于2006-2020年中国30个省份的数据,实证考察工业机器人应用与劳动力质量对共同富裕的独立影响及其交互效应,并且进一步解释二者对共同富裕影响的差异性。研究结果表明:工业机器人密度的提高会促进共同富裕,而劳动力质量的提高则会抑制共同富裕;工业机器人应用与劳动力质量对共同富裕的影响存在交互效应,且在南部和高收入省份更为明显;工业机器人应用与劳动力质量对城乡居民收入的影响存在差异性,这是导致二者对共同富裕产生不同影响的主要原因。

Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2020,this paper empirically examined the independent ffect of industrial robot application and labour quality on common prospenity,as well as their interaction ffect.And the paper further explained the diferences of the two ffects.The findings showed that,more industrial robots would promote common prospenity,while the improvement of labour quality might inhibit common prosperity.There was an interaction ffect of industrial robot application and labour quality on common prosperity,which was more pronounced in southern and high-income provinces.F urthermore,because industrial robot application and labour quality had a different ffeet on urban-rural residents’income,they have afcted common prosperity in different ways.
