多通道高精度数字压力变送器误差补偿系统设计

摘要 针对多通道、高精度数字压力变送器生产环节中的误差补偿过程要求,以LabVIEW为上位机编程环境开发了一套自动化运行误差补偿系统。实现了多型设备的自动控制、多通道自动切换、状态自动监控、数据自动处理等功能。通过将设备资源封装为“底层驱动”的设计方式,规避了多任务环境下设备访问冲突的风险;采用了效率更高的多项式曲线拟合补偿算法,介绍了生产环节中误差特征系数的产生过程。系统实现了误差特征系数的自动计算和保存,通过试验验证,经过该系统补偿后的数字压力变送器在-55℃~125℃温度范围内可达到±0.05%FS的测量精度。 In view of the error compensation process requirements in the production process of multi-channel,high-precision digital pressure transmitter,a set of automatic operation error compensation system was developed with LabVIEW as the programming environment of the host computer.It realizes the functions of automatic control of multi-type equipment,automatic switching of multiple channels,automatic monitoring of status,automatic processing of data and so on.By encapsulating device resources as“underlying drivers”,the risk of device access conflicts in multitasking environments is avoided.The high-efficiency polynomial curve fitting compensation algorithm is adopted,and the generation process of error characteristic coefficient in the production process is introduced.The system realizes the automatic calculation of the error characteristic coefficient,and the experimental verification shows that[JP2]the digital pressure transmitter compensated by the system can reach the accuracy requirement of±0.05%[JP]FS in the temperature range of-55℃~125℃.
