焊接温度场实时自动虚拟检测设备的设计与测试

摘要 在焊接领域中,非接触式的自动检测设备在工业领域逐渐被重视。为了更加详细且清晰地反映焊接质量,能准确地无接触检测焊接温度场分布的设备越发重要,该文设计了一种焊接温度场实时虚拟检测的设备。硬件方面主要通过热电偶和铂热电阻等温度传感器采集焊接温度场内的各项数据以及特征信号,并预处理采集得到的数据信号;软件方面运用LabVIEW软件平台内的驱动模块将硬件与软件联系起来,通过基础数据分析模块分析预处理后的信号,利用数据处理模块内嵌入的温度场和焊接模型,实时检测焊接温度场,通过LabVIEW软件显示模块的曲线图或云图展示焊接温度场实时检测结果。最后以某市大型钣金焊接厂为实验场所,验证了该虚拟设备不仅可以对焊材上的某一点进行温度场检测,还可以检测焊接过程中不同阶段的温度场分布情况,达到了非接触检测目的。 In the field of welding,non-contact automatic detection equipment is gradually being valued in the industrial field.In order to reflect the welding quality in more detail and clearly,the equipment that can accurately and non-contact detection of welding temperature field distribution is more and more important,this paper designs a real-time virtual detection equipment for welding temperature field.In terms of hardware,various data and characteristic signals in the welding temperature field are mainly collected through temperature sensors such as thermocouples and platinum thermal resistances,and the collected data signals are preprocessed.In terms of software,the driver module in the LabVIEW software platform is used to connect the hardware and software,the preprocessed signal is analyzed through the basic data analysis module,and the temperature field and welding model embedded in the data processing module are used to detect the welding temperature field in real time.The curve graph or cloud graph of the software display module shows the real-time detection results of the welding temperature field.Finally,taking a large sheet metal welding factory in a city as the experimental site,it is verified that the virtual device can not only detect the temperature field of a certain point on the welding material,but also detect the temperature field distribution in different stages of the welding process,achieving non-contact detection purpose.
