经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术中气体爆炸致膀胱破裂1例并文献复习

Intravesical explosion during transurethral resection of bladder tumor:a case report and review of the literature

气体爆炸是经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection of bladder tumor,TURBt)中比较罕见的并发症,严重时会导致膀胱破裂,需要接受进一步手术治疗,对患者生命安全具有潜在威胁。本文报告1例TURBt术中膀胱气体爆炸致膀胱破裂的病例,并结合文献复习分析其诱发因素,探讨预防及治疗措施。

Intravesical explosion is a rare complication during transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBt).It may result in rupure of bladder and life threatening to the patients,which usually requires emergency surgical intervention.We herein reports a case of intravesical explosion during the procedure of TURBt.By literature reviewing,we analyze the associated risk factors and discuss measures of prevention and key points of management.
