健康教育智慧平台在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用

Effect of an intelligent health education platform on health education in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨健康教育智慧平台在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用,以期为患者提供一种健康教育干预的新方式。方法将2020年12月至2021年5月本院收治的45例缺血性脑卒中患者设为对照组,采用常规健康教育和出院后随访;2021年6月至12月本院收治的45例缺血性脑卒中患者设为观察组,应用健康教育智慧平台进行干预。比较两组患者干预前、出院时及出院3个月后脑卒中知识、健康行为、生活质量及健康教育满意度的差异。结果对照组完成研究45例,观察组完成研究44例。干预前两组患者的脑卒中知识、健康行为、生活质量得分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);出院时及出院3个月后观察组患者脑卒中知识、健康行为、生活质量得分均高于对照组,且不同时间点各指标组间效应、时间效应及交互效应均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);出院时及出院3个月后,观察组健康教育满意度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论健康教育智慧平台在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果较传统健康教育方式有明显优势,可有效提高患者的知识水平、健康行为、生活质量和健康教育满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of application of an intelligent health education platform on the health education in patients with ischemic stroke so as to provide a new way of intervention by health education.Methods A total of 45 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group and treated with routine health education and post-discharge follow-up.While another group of 45 patients with the same disease admitted to our hospital between June and November 2021 were selected as the observation group and treated with health education through the intelligent health education platform.Scores of stroke knowledge,health behaviour,quality of life and satisfaction with the health education were compared between the two groups before intervention,at discharge and 3 months after discharge.Results Forty-five patients in the control group and 44 in the observation group completed the study.There were no significant differences in the scores of stroke knowledge,health behaviour and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(all P>0.05).However,at discharge and three months after discharge,the scores of stroke knowledge,health behaviour and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences in the inter-group effect,time effect and interaction effect(all P<0.01).The scores of health education satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at discharge and three months after discharge(all P<0.001).Conclusions The intelligent health education platform for health education in patients with ischemic stroke has obvious advantages over the traditional method in health education.The former can effectively improve patients'knowledge level,health behaviour,quality of life and satisfaction with the health education.
