摘要 以大尺寸泡沫填充帽型复合材料加筋壁板为对象,针对影响其表面质量及内部质量的整体成型工艺方法进行研究。从壁板内R区加捻量、透气毡的铺放方式、压力垫的放置方式三个主要工艺参数考虑,以制件的表面质量、无损内部质量为衡量指标,开展了不同成型工艺参数下的试验验证。基于工艺参数影响规律研究结果,得到最佳表面质量、内部质量控制方法。对泡沫和蒙皮接触的内R区进行加捻时,按照计算公式可得到最佳捻条宽度。制袋时透气毡整体放置,可消除零件表面的压痕。此结构及尺寸的零件无需放置压力垫,但对于具有复杂几何过渡的零件,则必须考虑整体的压力垫设计。通过该研究,成功制造了9.5 m×0.9 m泡沫填充帽型复合材料加筋壁板。 The molding process methods affecting the surface quality and internal quality of large size foam-filled composite hat-stiffened panel is studied.By considering three main process parameters:the amount of twisting in the inner R zone of the wall panel,the placement of the breathable felt and the placement of the pressure pad,the surface quality and the non-destructive internal quality of the parts are taken as indicators and the test verification is carried out under different molding process parameters.Based on the research results of the influence law of process parameters,the best surface quality and internal quality control methods are obtained.When twisting the inner R zone in contact with foam and skin,the optimum twist width can be obtained accor-ding to the calculation formula for twisting.The breathable felt is placed integrally to eliminate the indentation on the surface of the parts during bag manufacturing.Parts of this construction and size do not require the pressure pads,but for parts with complex geometric transitions,the overall pressure pad design must be considered.Through this research,a 9.5 m×0.9 m foam-filled composite hat-stiffened panel can be successfully manufactured.
