TiO_(2)/生物炭复合材料的制备及其光催化降解秸秆的研究

摘要 以玉米秸秆为原料,制备二氧化钛(TiO_(2))/生物炭复合光催化材料,并对复合光催化材料进行结构表征,研究光催化对秸秆降解的效果。结果表明:最优光催化条件为生物炭添加量10%(以TiO_(2)质量为基准)、催化剂质量浓度1.2g/L、光催化体系pH6、秸秆质量浓度20g/L,在此条件下秸秆中酸不溶和酸溶木质素的降解率分别为22.65%和51.93%,半纤维素降解率为12.28%;光催化对秸秆表面形态和结构组分有明显的破坏作用;生物炭的负载增加了TiO_(2)的分散性,拓宽了复合催化剂的光吸收范围,并有效抑制了光生电子-空穴对的复合。 Using corn straw as raw material,titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))/biochar composite photocatalytic material was prepared,and the structure of the composite photocatalytic material was characterized to study the effect of photocatalysis on straw degradation.The results showed that the optimal photocatalytic conditions were as follows:biochar doping amount 10%(based on the mass of TiO_(2)),catalyst mass concentration 1.2 g/L,photocatalyticsystem pH 6,and straw mass concentration 20 g/L.Under these conditions,the degradation rates of acid insoluble and acid soluble lignin in straw were 22.65% and 51.93%,respectively,and the degradation rate of hemicellulose was 12.28%.Photocatalysis had a significant destructive effect on the surface morphology and structural components of straw.The loading of biochar increases the dispersibility of TiO_(2),broadens the light absorption range of the composite catalyst,and effectively inhibits the recombination of photo generated electron hole pairs.
