桑黄不同极性溶剂分步提取物功能成分与生物活性及相关性分析 被引量:3

Functional components and biological activities of stepwise extracts of Phellinus Igniarius with different polar solvents and their correlation analysis

摘要 采用体积分数60%乙醇提取桑黄,依次用4种不同极性溶剂对乙醇粗提物分步萃取,分别减压浓缩后获得体积分数60%乙醇粗提物(SEP)、石油醚提取物(PP)、氯仿提取物(CP)、乙酸乙酯提取物(EP)、正丁醇提取物(NP)和水提取物(WP),分析其主要功能成分及抗氧化和抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶能力。结果表明:EP中多酚和黄酮含量最高;WP中多糖和三萜类化合物含量较高;PP中4种功能成分均较低。EP对DPPH·和·OH的清除能力及还原力最好,对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制效果最强。相关性分析表明,抗氧化和抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶能力与其多糖、多酚和黄酮的含量关系密切。 The Phellinus igniarius was extracted with volume fraction 60%ethanol,and the crude ethanol extracts were extracted step by step with four different polar solvents.After decompressing and concentration,volume fraction 60%ethanol crude extracts(SEP),petroleum ether extracts(PP),chloroform extracts(CP),ethyl acetate extracts(EP),n-butanol extracts(NP)and water extracts(WP)were obtained,and their functional components and the antioxidant activities andα-glucosidase inhibitory abilities were investigated.The results showed that the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids in EP were the highest.The contents of polysaccharides and triterpenoids in WP were higher.The four functional components in PP were low.EP had the best DPPH·and·OH scavenging effects,reducing power,andα-glucosidase inhibition ability.Correlation analysis showed that antioxidant andα-glucosidase inhibition activities were closely related to the content of polysaccharides,polyphenols and flavonoids.
