开展新时代大学生思想政治教育人文关怀,是着力促进大学生的自由全面发展、推动塑造大学生的独立健全人格、充分激发大学生的创新创造潜能的核心要义。然而,目前部分高校在对大学生开展人文关怀的过程中,由于教育者强调工具理性思维的引导效用、受大学生个性发展与主体诉求被忽视、人文关怀教育环境尚未形成整体合力、人文关怀教育保障机制亟待完善等问题,对新时代大学生思想政治教育人文关怀产生了现实挑战。在人文关怀具体践行过程中,要转变人文思维,树立“以生为本”的科学理念;丰富人文载体,创新“虚实结合”的实践场域;优化人文环境,营造“多元协同”的教育氛围;健全人文机制,构建“情理结合”的保障体系。
